• Prompts and Generated Content: We collect the text prompts you provide to generate images and videos. We also process the images and videos generated through third-party services like Replicate. Metadata about these generations (e.g., prompt, model used, creation time, duration for videos) is stored in our database. The generated images and videos may be stored temporarily by the generation service and are subsequently stored in our Storage. Important: We do not permit uploading images of real people, celebrities, or yourself. Only AI-generated images are allowed. Uploaded images are subject to automated and manual moderation to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
• Usage Data: We may automatically collect certain information when you access and use the Services, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service. This helps us understand how our Services are used and improve them.
• Log Data: For debugging, monitoring, and security purposes, our systems generate logs. These logs may include information such as your user ID, the prompts you submit, metadata about generated images/videos, API request/response details, IP addresses, timestamps, and actions taken within the application. This log data is processed and stored using third-party services.

However, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data and generated content metadata stored in Supabase for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can typically manage or delete your generated content through the application interface.

Log data, collected for monitoring, security, and debugging purposes, is retained for a limited period. **We typically retain these logs for 90 days, after which they may be aggregated or deleted**, unless a longer retention period is required for specific security investigations, legal obligations, or legitimate business needs.

7. Age Requirement and Children's Privacy

Age Requirement: Our Services are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from individuals under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you become aware that someone under 18 has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from individuals under 18, we will immediately delete that information and terminate the associated account.

We verify age during account registration and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof of age may result in account termination.
